36tbet Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all services provided by the platform 36tbet, accessible at 36tbet.best. This document applies to all products and services offered by the 36tbet: Sports Betting (football, e-sports, MMA, volleyball, basketball), Live Casino, slots, roulette, crash games, and any other products available on the platform.

By completing your registration on the 36tbet, the user expressly and unequivocally declares that:

• Has read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Has full legal capacity to enter into contracts, being at least 18 years of age;
• The information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• Agrees to the Privacy Policy and with the Responsible Gambling Policy of 36tbet.

Acceptance is binding and takes effect immediately upon completion of registration. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the 36tbet.

2 Registration & Account

Each user may hold only an active account at the 36tbet. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and retention of any pending balances.

To create an account on the 36tbet, the user must provide:

• Full name as it appears on a government-issued ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Valid email address for exclusive personal use;
• Date of birth;
• Brazilian mobile phone number;
• Pix key for withdrawals (CPF, email, phone number, or random key).

The 36tbet reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00 or in cases of unusual account activity. The verification process may include submitting a photo ID with selfie, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the Pix key.

The user is responsible for keeping their account login credentials confidential. The 36tbet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their password.

3 Eligibility and Minimum Age

The services of the 36tbet are intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and over residing in Brazil. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. The 36tbet employs age-verification mechanisms and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.

If an account is found to belong to a user under 18 years of age:

• The account will be closed immediately;
• All pending withdrawals will be canceled;
• Deposited amounts may be returned to the original payment method, less any applicable operational costs;
• The situation may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law.

In addition to being of legal age, the user must be a resident of Brazil and hold an active CPF to access all services offered by the 36tbet. Individuals subject to legal restrictions on gambling in their jurisdiction should not create an account on the platform.

4 Deposits & Payments

The 36tbet accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL with no currency conversion:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — processing time of up to 2 business days;
• Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — immediate processing;
• PicPay — instant processing;
• Mercado Pago — instant processing.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit amount, but transactions above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations (Law 9.613/1998).

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. The 36tbet does not accept deposits made by third parties. If a deposit from a third-party account is detected, the amount will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

The 36tbet does not charge additional fees on deposits. Any fees levied by financial institutions (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and others) are the sole responsibility of the user and depend on each bank's own conditions.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 36tbet are processed exclusively via Pix. The minimum amount per withdrawal is R$ 50.00. There is no fee charged by the 36tbet on withdrawals. The average processing time is up to 5 minutes under normal conditions; during periods of high demand, this may extend to up to 30 minutes.

To have a withdrawal processed, the user must:

• Have a fully verified account (KYC completed);
• Using a Pix key registered under the account holder's own CPF;
• Have met the rollover requirement for any active bonuses;
• Have no balance suspended due to a fraud or suspicious activity investigation.

The 36tbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00 for the first time, or for requests showing an unusual pattern. The document review period is up to 48 business hours. During this time, the balance remains available in the account and the request stays pending.

In the event of a breach of these Terms, the 36tbet may retain withdrawal amounts for investigation purposes. The user will be notified by email with the reasons for the hold and the estimated resolution timeframe.

6 Sports Betting

The 36tbet offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, state championships), e-sports (CBLOL, LBFF, CS2, Valorant), MMA/UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB), and all other sports available in the platform's catalogue.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 36tbet:

• Odds are set by the 36tbet and may be changed at any time before the bet is confirmed by the user;
• A bet confirmed and accepted by the platform is final and cannot be canceled by the user, except in markets that offer an early cash out option;
• In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or abandonment of an event, the specific rules for each market will determine whether the bet is declared void or kept open;
• Bets on permanently cancelled events are returned to the account balance as void bets;
• The 36tbet reserves the right to limit or void bets that show a pattern of exploiting pricing errors (systematic surebetting, exploitation of incorrect odds);
• The minimum stake per bet is R$ 1.00; the maximum varies by market and is displayed at the time of placing the bet.

Live (in-play) betting is available on the main events in the Brazilian calendar. Live odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during key moments of a match (goals, cards, penalties). Bets placed during a temporary odds suspension may be accepted or cancelled at the discretion of the 36tbet.

7 Casino, Slots & Crash Games

The casino at 36tbet includes slots, live roulette, blackjack, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and others), and additional games provided by certified suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Spribe, SmartSoft, and Hacksaw Gaming.

All casino games and crash games at the 36tbet use RNG (Random Number Generators) certified by independent testing bodies. The RTP (return to player) for each title is published by the respective provider and can be found in the game information. General rules applicable to all bonuses offered by the 36tbet:

• Each user is entitled to claim each type of welcome bonus once only;
• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and require the rollover to be completed before any withdrawal;
• Rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received multiplied by the stated factor (e.g., 5× rollover on R$ 200.00 = R$ 1,000.00 in total wagers);
• Bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward the Sports Betting bonus rollover;
• The weekly cashback is credited with no rollover requirement and can be used on any product on the platform;
• Bonuses not redeemed within their validity period are automatically cancelled;
• The 36tbet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if fraud or the creation of multiple accounts to improperly exploit promotions is suspected;
• Any changes to the conditions of ongoing promotions will be communicated with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, coordinating with third parties to artificially meet rollover requirements, or any other practice that undermines the purpose of a promotion — will result in bonus cancellation, closure of all accounts involved, and possible balance retention pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gambling

The 36tbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Betting and casino games should be enjoyed as entertainment, never as a source of income or a way to address financial difficulties.

The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, and monthly, configurable by the user;
• Loss limit: maximum loss amount per period;
• Session time alert: notification after a defined period of continuous play;
• Temporary self-exclusion: access blocked for a period of 1 day to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with no possibility of reversal.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following are expressly prohibited when using the services of the 36tbet:

• Create more than one account on the platform (multiple accounts);
• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration;
• Using bots, scripts, automated programs, or any software for betting or accessing the platform;
• Systematically exploiting odds pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities on the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity through the platform;
• Share account credentials with third parties or allow another person to use your account;
• Using the platform for coordinated betting activities (syndication) without express authorization;
• Attempting to access or interfere with the systems, servers, or databases of the 36tbet;
• Use the platform from a location where online betting is illegal;
• Any act that violates current Brazilian law, including the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Lei 12.965/2014) and the General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018).

Violating any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, balance retention, and referral to the relevant authorities.

11 Account Closure

The user may request the voluntary closure of their account at the 36tbet at any time via live chat or by emailing contato@36tbet.best. When requesting closure:

• Bets already in progress will be settled normally;
• The available balance (with rollover completed, if applicable) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days;
• Bonuses with a pending rollover will be cancelled with no refund;
• Access to the platform will be blocked once the closure is confirmed.

The 36tbet may unilaterally close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, bonus abuse, or a court order. In such cases, the remaining balance will be held until the investigation is complete.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a reactivation process before any new transactions, including a new identity verification.

12 Personal Data Protection

The 36tbet is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from service interruptions caused by third parties (internet providers, banks, payment processors);
• Betting decisions made by the user based on incorrect information from external sources;
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their credentials;
• Withdrawal delays caused by failures in banking systems or the Banco Central's Pix network;
• Indirect, moral, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

The total liability of the 36tbet under any circumstance is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

14 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The 36tbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to the user by email at least 7 days before taking effect.

The date of the last update appears at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after new conditions take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with the new conditions, you must close your account before the effective date, following the procedure described in clause 11.

15 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of 36tbet will first be submitted for administrative resolution through the platform's support channel.

If administrative resolution is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the court of the user's domicile in Brazil, as provided under the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

The 36tbet operates in compliance with applicable Brazilian law governing online entertainment platforms, including the Internet Civil Rights Framework (Lei 12.965/2014), the LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018), and the Anti-Money Laundering Law (Lei 9.613/1998).
